At Nirmala Foundation, we believe that youth—especially young women—should have the chance to learn skills that make them financially independent and creatively confident. Through our free training centres in Old Mustafabad, Delhi, we have empowered over 200+ students in stitching, mehandi design, and makeup art.

Every batch has 20–30 students, and each student receives personal attention, practical training, and a completion certificate. Our aim is to not just teach—but also inspire them to pursue self-employment, freelancing, or local business.

These skills give youth a chance to:

• Start home-based services or small businesses
• Earn income through freelancing in weddings and local events
• Build confidence, creativity, and community connections
• Dream bigger for their own future
